Chef Edgar Rocha

Born in Aveiro, Chef Edgar Rocha defines himself as a lover of traditional Portuguese and Mediterranean gastronomy. 

His passion for cooking began as a child, and over the years he has perfected his technique. 

He started his career at Hotel Quinta do Lago, then moved on to the Yeatman, and was the resident chef at Eleven, where he participated in the Michelin star recovery project (2013). Before becoming Executive Chef at EPIC SANA Lisboa he was part of the opening project of the Fifty Seconds by Martin Besarategui restaurant. 

He does not like to feel comfortable, challenging himself daily to achieve excellence in both the dishes he prepares and the service he provides. This is how he achieves a 5* service. 

Flor-de-Lis

Flor-de-Lis serves the main meals of the day at EPIC SANA Lisboa - breakfast, lunch and dinner - offering the most refined national and international gastronomy with the signature of Chef Edgar Rocha.

Decorated in beige and rusty tones, Flor-de-Lis is a space designed to provide a comfortable and sophisticated ambiance at all times of the day.

The food served is exclusively and specially prepared by the Chef, always using the freshest ingredients, adapted to the seasonal offer. The A La Carte service is available at lunch and dinner, offering a selection of tasteful dishes. At luch it is also possible to request an executive menu.

The wine cellar offers a discerning selection of national and foreign green and mature wines, as well as a selection of Portuguese sparkling wines and exquisite champagnes.

For more private moments, the restaurant has exclusive areas that ensure privacy and discretion.
